Returns are accepted within 7 business days of receiving the item. A full refund will be issued once the piece has been returned and received in the same condition in which it was sold.

DESIGN DÉSIR ships worldwide and works with specialized partners experienced in handling fragile art and design pieces. However, if the customer wishes, they can organize their transport independently.
To receive a quote for shipping costs, the full address of the recipient will always be required.
Our pieces are packed with the utmost care and rigor, following shock absorption and reinforcement techniques. This type of packaging is free of charge for the customer. However, in the case of more fragile pieces, we recommend sending them in custom-made wooden boxes, the shipping cost of which will be charged separately, in order to guarantee truly safe transport.
All parts set for transport are insured for the value of the merchandise and transportation, so that the customer is not harmed if the merchandise does not reach its destination or if any physical damage is observed.
