To calculate shipping, we request a full delivery address. 
All pieces can be picked up directly from the DESIGN DÉSIR Gallery with no additional cost. 
Items will be packed once payment is made. 
It is possible to reserve a piece for a period of 48 hours.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Fostering a relationship of transparency and trust with our buyers is one of our main objectives. We work to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. 
If the customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase or if they change their mind and decide that for any other reason they do not wish to purchase the goods, they can notify their decision in order to cancel the contract and receive a refund. 
The return period for canceling a purchase is 7 working days from the day the customer receives the merchandise. The purchase price will be refunded in full from the moment the merchandise is received at DESIGN DÉSIR in the condition in which it was sold, with the transport cost being the entire responsibility of the customer. 
To make this cancellation, the customer must inform DESIGN DÉSIR as soon as possible by e-mail to info@designdesir.com with the order reference. 
If, in the rare event an item arrives damaged or faulty, we require a notification within 2 days accompanied by photos to illustrate the issue. This return will be processed appropriately and you will be offered a replacement (if possible) or a full refund.
The right to cancel does not apply to personalized, bespoke or made-to-order items according to your specific requirements.

 

TRANSPORT & SHIPPING

DESIGN DÉSIR ships worldwide and establishes solid partnerships with several companies specializing in the transport of fragile objects. However, if the customer wishes, they can organize their transport independently. 
To receive a quote for shipping costs, the full address of the recipient will always be required. 
Our pieces are packed with the utmost care and rigor, following shock absorption and reinforcement techniques. This type of packaging is free of charge for the customer. However, in the case of more fragile pieces, we recommend sending them in custom-made wooden boxes, the shipping cost of which will be charged separately, in order to guarantee truly safe transport. 
All parts set for transport are insured for the value of the merchandise and transportation, so that the customer is not harmed if the merchandise does not reach its destination or if any physical damage is observed.
